My Inspection career follows, 27 years as a self employed skilled tradesman, in the Renovation Construction industry, All my work was on the tools, hands on experience, The majority of my work area included Calgary, Strathmore, Airdrie, Chestermere, Langdon, Red Deer, Okotoks, and Lethbridge, my familiarity with the areas, and construction practice, provides an advantage to inspecting your future purchase.

10 Module College Program, 540 EDU credits
The CD course is the most comprehensive and only College endorsed program available in the industry, Certificate of Achievement program. Calgary: SAIT / Calgary: Bow valley College
Internachi – I have completed the Alberta Pre-License curriculum, 202 EDU plus proctored exam, followed by peer review, satisfying the Provincial Government license requirements, In total I have completed over 335 credit EDU of InterNachi Home Inspection education.
In total at present I have completed over 875 EDU credit hours of Inspector education, which far exceeds requirements.

Calgary Carpenter Training centre: Certificate, Interior system mechanic course through the carpenters training center, 2005 .

Licensed Inspector / CPI: Certified Professional Inspector
Member in Good Standing of AlbertaNachi, an association of Alberta Inspectors
Member in Good standing of InterNachi, the international association of certified Home inspectors
Past memberships include, the Calgary Construction and specialized workers union local 1111, and the Calgary Carpenters Union local 2103.
